For remote access users are required to use the E-Library app.<\/p>\n<p>The e-journals access guide for the user can be access by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onos.gov.in\/user-guides\">clicking here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) Initiative has a component for Article Publishing Charges \/Article Processing Charges (APC) where authors from ONOS Registered institutions will be provided financial support for publishing articles in selected good quality open access journals will be provided through ONOS.<\/p>\n<p>The guidelines for providing the support for APC are now finalized and a dedicated page with details for this initiative is available on the ONOS website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.onos.gov.in\/apc-support\">(https:\/\/www.onos.gov.in\/apc-support)<\/a>.
